Lepharo Incubation Programme NPC in partnership with Gauteng Department of Economic Development, as part of the Township Economy Revisitation Project will implement Installation, Repairs and Maintenance (IRM) Artisanal Skill Development Programmes targeting unemployed youth, women and people living with disabilities within the age group of 16 to 35 who are citizens of South Africa residing in the West Rand District. The GDED strategic objectives is premised on the desire to empower and enhance youth to play an active role in the economy of the province by empowering them through education and skills development.

The Lepharo Incubation Programme NPC in partnership with Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GDED) is looking for persons in/from the Sedibeng in Gauteng Province from various communities, interests and having appropriate qualifications to apply for the following programmes:

Basic Enlistment Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Have a valid South |African Identity Document
- Must be 16 to 35 years of age.
- Applicants must be prepared to:
- disclose their information and allow Lepharo Incubation Programme NPC to verify their qualifications and citizenship.
- subject themselves to interviews and selection conducted by Lepharo Incubation Programme NPC (if necessary)
- subject themselves to psychometric testing by Lepharo Incubation Programme NPC and other competency assessment (if necessary)
All IRM artisanal skills development programmes comprise theory or instructional learning, and practical learning with a possibility of workplace learning exposure.
The IRM artisanal skills development programmes are outcomes based leading to the achievement of registered unit standards leading to the achievement of registered full qualifications, which will contribute towards addressing skills shortages in the Gauteng Province and Republic of South Africa.
The IRM artisanal skills development programmes will entail a legally binding agreement between the learner and the training service provider (Lepharo Incubation Programme NPC) for attendance of the programme for the duration of the project.

The application form can also be obtained from Lepharo Incubation Programme NPCI website www.lepharo.co.za. Please note that the application form is not for sale.
Specify the IRM artisanal skills development programmes you are applying for including programme name and reference number. The application form must be completed in full.
Attach the following documents with your applications:
- Certified copy of the identity document of not less than 3 months
- Certified copies of the qualification or certificates of not less than 3 months
- Certified copy of school reports of not less than 3 months for applicants without grade 12.
No late applications, incomplete or unsigned application forms will be accepted. Photocopies of completed forms, faxed or emailed forms will not be accepted.
