About Us
South Africa’s first plastic brick manufacturing plant, our plastic bricks are a true game changer to the plastic recycling and construction industry. They use less water to manufacture, have a higher compressive strength, are less porous and last longer than conventional bricks.
They are also fire-retardant, and provide greater insulation and energy efficiency.
Ramtsilo is owned by sisters Kedibone and Kekeletso Tsiloane from Sasolburg, Free State. They grew up in a closenit family exposed to construction through their fathers’ company. Given the passion they showed in the business their father registered a construction company for them in 2013. After doing a number of general building projects they began manufacturing cement bricks in 2016, the bricks are manu- factured to SABS specifications.
